  • Platform: The online trading system provided by BinoMarket, including all associated websites, mobile applications, APIs, and other services facilitating the buying, selling, and exchanging of virtual assets.
  • User: Any individual or legal entity that has registered an account on the BinoMarket platform and has been granted access to our trading services, subject to eligibility criteria.
  • Virtual Assets: Digital currencies, tokens, or any other digital assets available for trading on the BinoMarket platform. Availability may vary based on regulatory considerations and other factors.
  • Order: A User's instruction submitted via the platform to buy or sell a specified amount of virtual assets under certain conditions, such as price and quantity.
  • Trade Execution: The process by which Orders are matched and fulfilled on the platform, resulting in the exchange of virtual assets between Users.
  • Account: The personalized space provided to each User on the BinoMarket platform, containing personal information, virtual asset balances, transaction history, and other relevant data.
  • Fees: Commissions or charges applied by BinoMarket for providing trading and related services.

Access to Trading Services

  • Access to trading services on the BinoMarket platform is granted at our discretion and may be subject to verification procedures, including identity verification and compliance checks. Users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep their account information up to date. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our trading services for any User who fails to comply with this policy or any applicable laws and regulations.

User Obligations and Representations

  • By using the BinoMarket platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that your use of our services does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you. You agree to act in good faith and engage in trading activities with integrity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach, you must notify us immediately.

Trading Rules and Procedures

  • When placing an Order on the BinoMarket platform, ensure that all details are correct before submission, including the type of virtual asset, quantity, price, and any specific conditions. Once an Order is submitted, it may be executed immediately and cannot be canceled or modified if it has already been matched with another User's Order. Orders may be partially filled based on market availability; the unfilled portion will remain active until fully executed or canceled.
  • Orders are executed based on a matching engine that pairs buy and sell Orders according to price and time priority. The execution of Orders is subject to market conditions, and while we strive to execute Orders promptly, there may be delays or partial executions due to factors beyond our control. We may impose limits on the size or number of Orders you may place and may refuse to execute any Order that violates this policy or applicable laws.

Fees and Charges

  • Fees for trading and other services on the BinoMarket platform may apply and are subject to change. By placing an Order or using any of our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, which will be clearly disclosed to you prior to the completion of each transaction. These fees will be deducted from your account at the time the transaction is executed.
  • It is your responsibility to stay informed about the fees associated with your trading activities. We encourage you to regularly review the fee information provided on our platform to understand the costs involved. Fees may include, but are not limited to, trading fees, withdrawal fees, deposit fees, and any other charges related to the use of our services.

By continuing to use our services after any fee adjustments, you accept the new fees and agree to comply with them.
  • Failure to pay the required fees when due may result in the suspension or termination of your account. We may also take other actions as necessary to collect unpaid fees, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Market Conduct and Prohibited Activities

  • We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our trading platform. You must not engage in any form of market manipulation, including but not limited to pump and dump schemes, false trading, or spreading misleading information. Trading based on non-public, material information (insider trading) is strictly prohibited. Any form of fraudulent behavior or deceit is prohibited.
  • The use of automated trading systems, bots, or algorithms is prohibited unless expressly authorized by BinoMarket. You must not attempt to access another User's account or BinoMarket's systems without authorization. Introducing viruses, malware, or any other harmful material that could disrupt or compromise the platform's integrity or security is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations may result in account suspension, termination, confiscation of assets, and legal action. We may report violations to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Risk Disclosure and Disclaimers

  • Trading virtual assets involves significant risks, including high price volatility, which may result in substantial losses over a short period. Some virtual assets may have limited liquidity, affecting the ability to buy or sell them promptly. Changes in laws or regulations can adversely affect the value and legality of certain virtual assets.
  • All information provided on the platform is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice. Users should perform their own due diligence and consult with professional advisors before making investment decisions.
  • We provide services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from trading activities, system failures, or unauthorized access, except as required by law.

Account Security and Data Protection

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and must not share them with others. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended to enhance account security. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect personal and financial data. Our handling of personal information complies with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
  • In the event of a security breach, we will notify affected Users and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and sanctions. You must not engage in activities that violate these laws or use the platform to transact with sanctioned individuals, entities, or countries. We may be required to report certain transactions to regulatory authorities.
  • We may request additional information or documentation related to compliance obligations. Users must comply promptly with such requests and must not provide false or misleading information.

Amendments to the Trading Policy

  • We reserve the right to amend this Trading Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Significant changes will be communicated to Users at least 14 days before they take effect, either through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue the use of our trading services immediately.

Miscellaneous Provisions

  • This Trading Policy, along with our User Agreement and other referenced documents, constitutes the entire agreement between you and BinoMarket regarding trading activities. If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by BinoMarket to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of our rights.
